What is HRD Corp Claimable?
The Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) was created under the Human Resources Development Act 1992, now known as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001. It manages a dedicated fund built from levies collected from employers in the manufacturing and service sectors, as outlined in the First Schedule of the Act. These include both mandatory and voluntary registered employers.
At its core, HRDC exists to drive the growth of skilled Malaysian talent. Its mission is to support the development of a world-class workforce—helping Malaysia transition into a high-income, knowledge-driven economy powered by innovation and human capital.
